Adapters

Adapters and converters are available at Reception.

 

Air conditioner/ heating / thermostat

All the rooms and communal areas are air conditioned. Each room has individually controllable air conditioning/heating.

 

Á la carte

A la carte meals are available in the restaurant every day of the week.

 

Baby cot

Please ask for it at the reception – it is free of charge.

 

Bank card

Our guests can pay with the following bank cards:

American Express.

 

Banquet, event

Our hotel undertakes to organize and hold any event e.g. banquet, wedding etc. with personal advice and complete planning/administration. For more information, please contact our receptionist.

 

Bathrobe

Bathrobes can be requested at the reception and are charged extra.

 

Bathroom equipment and amenities

Mirror, paper cosmetic tissue, toothbrush cup, towel and bath towel, tub hairdryer, trash can, spare toilet paper.

Preparations: hand-washing soap, shower gel and shampoo ( in one in the shower ).

We provide small hygiene products (toothpaste, toothbrush, razor) free of charge. Please ask at reception.

 

Breakfast

Buffet breakfast in the hotel restaurant

from 07:00 to 10:00 am.

 

For early departures, please inform the reception desk of your request for a cold pack breakfast by 20:00 the day before departure.

 

Catering

There is a restaurant in our hotel. The restaurant serves buffet breakfast and dinner, as well as à la carte meals every day of the week.

 

Chair

We can provide a chair in the bathroom for our guests, on request. Please indicate your request at the reception.

 

 

Change of bed linen

In the hotel rooms, the bed linen is changed once every three days; at your request, we change it at different intervals. Please contact the reception with your request. The Hotel has the mattresses and the mattress protectors cleaned at regular intervals.

 

Check-in

The hotel room can be booked from 14.00. Early arrival is subject to availability and subject to a surcharge. On request, your luggage can be accommodated in the luggage room. All guests are required to check in at the hotel and provide proof of their identity when asked by the receptionist.  The details on the registration form will be treated confidentially by the hotel and will not be disclosed to third parties.

 

Check-out

Please leave the rooms by 10:00 a.m. on the day of your departure at the latest. For the check-out, please bring your room card with you. If you wish to check-out later, please inform the reception about your request. Please ask the receptionist about any costs you may have to pay in the event of later departure.

 

Cleaning

In the hotel rooms, the beds are made and cleaning is provided every day. If you hang the “Please do not disturb!” tag on your room’s door handle from the outside, we will not disturb you with the daily cleaning. If you need cleaning later, please hang the “Please Clean” tag on the door handle.

 

Closed parking lot

We provide a closed, but unguarded parking lot for our guests.

 

Complaints, comments

By filling in the guest satisfaction questionnaire in your room, you can help our work with your comments so that we can offer better services to you. If you have a complaint or you need immediate personal action, please contact the reception during your stay so that we can remedy any problem you may have.

 

Compensation

Our hotel may demand compensation for any damage caused by our guests. In the case of compensation payable to our guests, the relevant regulations and the guidelines of the “Frankfurt table” shall apply.

 

Cosmetic and hygienic products

Toothbrush and toothpaste, razor and shoe cleaning set are available at the reception free of charge.

 

 

Do Not Disturb

If you hang the “Do not disturb” tag on your room’s door handle from the outside, the hotel’s housekeepers and our colleagues will not disturb you, and will not clean your room. Later cleaning can be requested at the reception.

 

Drinks in the room

A drink offer is available to our guests in the rooms.

 

Error reporting

If you encounter a technical problem, please inform the receptionist about it.

 

Event

Our hotel undertakes to hold family and corporate events and banquets.

 

Extra bed

Extra bed is available to our guests after preliminary booking at the reception, in a limited number, and for a charge.

 

Fire extinguishers, fire safety

The fire extinguishers, hydrants and fire alarms have been installed in accordance with the regulations on fire safety. The escape routes placed on the room door indicate the escape routes to be followed in the event of fire alarm.

Please do not use the lift in case of emergency.

 

First aid

At the reception, basic medicines, blood pressure monitor and bandages are available. For more information, please contact our receptionist.

 

Guest complaints and opinions

Please indicate any comments you may have, because it helps us improve guest satisfaction. You can make your comments in person, on the questionnaire in your room, by e-mail after departure, or on our community sites (Facebook, Tripadvisor), and on the sites of our electronic partners (Booking, Accommodation.hu, Expedia).

 

Gym

The hotel offers this service free of charge.

 

Hairdryer

It is available in the hotel room’s bathroom to our Guests.

 

Healthcare, doctor

In the case of health problems, the receptionist can call a doctor or the ambulance service.

 

Heating, cooling

The temperature is controlled centrally; you can set the temperature to meet your individual needs with the room thermostat. Please call the reception for more information.

In-room amenities

On request, we undertake to place flower and gift into your room. Please call the reception to make an order and ask for a quotation.

Wireless internet service (WiFi) is available in the hotel rooms and in the lobby. The internet access is free.

 

Invoicing

Please agree the invoicing details with the receptionist before payment.

 

Jacuzzi

Guests can use the hot tub free of charge.

Jacuzzi water temperature between 33º – 36º. It is open during the wellness opening hours.

 

Laundry service

If you wish to use our laundry service, please inform the receptionist and use the laundry bag you find in your room. If you give us your clothes before 09:00 a.m., we will return the clean clothes to your room on the same day, within 9 hours.

Please only require the laundry of clothes which do not require special treatment, because our hotel does not assume any responsibility for any resulting damage.

 

Lift

In our hotel, there is a lift for the comfort of our guests, which can be used at everyone’s own responsibility.

 

Lobby service

Our lobby offers comfortable seats to our guests at the reception, where drinks are served on request.

 

Lost and found

If you find any lost items, please call the reception on +36 52 412-724.

 

Luggage delivery service

For our guests, we provide luggage delivery service on request. Please request it at the reception.

 

Medicines

At the reception, basic medicines, blood pressure monitor, thermometer and bandages are available.

 

Mobile phone charger

Mobile phone charger is available at the reception for a deposit.

 

Non-slip shower cubicle / bathtub

A non-slip mat for the shower cubicle / bathtub is found in the rooms.

 

Multimedia entertainment

Audio or multimedia entertainment is possible on the TV.

 

Parking

For those arriving by car, parking is available in the hotel courtyard until check-in. Additional parking is available in the hotel’s parking garage.

Reception’s phone number: 0

For in-house calls, please dial the number of the room whose occupant you wish to talk to. The phone number of the room is the same as the room number. External calls cannot be made from the room phones. The calls within the hotel are free of charge. A telephone is available at the reception for external calls, where you can made calls for an extra charge.

 

Photocopying, scanning

If you would like to photocopy or scan, please ask the receptionist for help.

 

Pillow

In our hotel, we provide spare pillow and blanket on request. Please contact the receptionist if you need them.

 

Printing

You can print on the computer at the reception.

 

Providing IT support

Our guests can ask for IT assistance at the reception all day and night, every day.

 

Reception service

Our hotel reception desk is open non-stop (24/7), all year round. Our receptionists speak Hungarian and English.

At the hotel’s central telephone number (+36 52 412 724), the receptionist receives the calls, and accepts the reservations. The receptionist helps you to plan the local programmes.

 

Refrigerator

The hotel rooms have a mini fridge for the comfort of our guests.

 

Restaurant

Buffet breakfast and set menu dinner, as well as à la carte meals are available every day of the week.

Breakfast: 07:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

Dinner: 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Half-board dinner is available from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. for a charge.

Safe

Safe is available in each room. The instructions for use are placed next to the safe. In case of problems, please call the reception.

Guests can use the Finnish sauna free of charge. Heating is available on request, please contact reception.

Scanning, phoning, photocopying. Wake up service.

 

Sewing and ironing

A free sewing kit is available to our guests at the reception. If you have additional need for ironing and sewing, please inform the reception, in advance, and we will arrange it for you.

On request, an ironing stand and an iron are placed in your room.

 

Shaving kit

Shaving kit is available at the reception free of charge.

 

Shoe cleaning

A shoe cleaning set is available at the reception free of charge. Shoehorns are available in all the hotel rooms.

 

Smoking

Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is only allowed at the designated place. In the case of smoking at any other place, the hotel may claim compensation!

 

Stationery, notepad

In the rooms, stationary and a notepad are available to our guests.

 

Taxi, shuttle

When you need a taxi or shuttle service, please feel free to contact the reception.

 

Toothbrush set

You can ask for a toothbrush and toothpaste, which is provided for our guests free of charge. Please contact our receptionist for more information.

 

Towel change

In our hotel room, the towels are changed every three days. On request, we provide daily change of towels. Please indicate your request at the reception.

We always change the towels thrown onto the floor.

 

 

 

TV / Radio

The TV channel guide is placed in a folder in your room. The program guide is available by pressing the teletext (TXT) button on the TV’s remote control. You can listen to the radio using the TV in your room.

Umbrella

Our hotel provides a limited number of umbrellas for our guests on request, free of charge.

 

Visitors

If you wish to receive a visitor in your room, please inform the receptionist in advance. Only previously reported guests can stay in the rooms.

 

Wake-up service

You can ask for wake-up and reminder service at the reception 24/7.
